Alkane Resources (ASX:ALK, also TSX:ALK) is a multi-commodity gold producer, developer and explorer headquartered in Perth, Australia. Following its August 2025 all-share merger with Canada's Mandalay Resources, it now operates three mines - Tomingley (NSW gold, its original flagship), Costerfield (Victoria gold-antimony) and Björkdal (Sweden gold) - while advancing the Boda-Kaiser gold-copper porphyry discovery in NSW as its major growth project. It has previously divested the Dubbo Zirconia/rare-earths project (demerged as Australian Strategic Materials in 2020) and the McPhillamys gold project (sold to Regis Resources in 2012).
