About
De Grey Mining Limited (ASX:DEG) is a West Australian gold explorer/developer whose flagship asset is the Hemi Gold Project, a major intrusion-hosted gold discovery within its Mallina Gold Project tenement package in the Pilbara, ~60km SW of Port Hedland. De Grey advanced Hemi from 2019 discovery through to an 11.2Moz JORC resource and DFS before being acquired by Northern Star Resources in May 2025 (now a subsidiary, delisted from ASX).
