Emmerson Resources is a Perth-based explorer whose main asset is a ~1,700 km2 tenement holding covering most of the Tennant Creek Mineral Field in the Northern Territory, held largely through joint ventures with Tennant Mining and Australian Gold and Copper partners. Its flagship is the White Devil gold deposit (616,200 oz), which has been declared a major mine under the JV, alongside earlier Tennant Creek gold resources (Chariot, Mauretania, Golden Forty, Eldorado, Black Snake) and the Hermitage copper-gold discovery. It also holds copper-gold exploration ground in the Macquarie Arc of New South Wales (Kiola, Kadungle, Fifield, Wellington). Emmerson was acquired by Pan African Resources under a scheme of arrangement and has been removed from the ASX Official List.
