Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX:RMS) is a Western Australian gold producer that mines and processes ore from a growing portfolio of open-pit and underground operations centred on its Mt Magnet processing hub in the Murchison region, plus the Vivien underground mine and the Rebecca-Roe development project near Kalgoorlie. The company has grown mainly by acquisition (Spectrum Metals/Penny 2020, Musgrave Minerals/Cue 2023, Breaker Resources/Roe 2023-24, Apollo Consolidated/Rebecca 2021, Spartan Resources/Dalgaranga 2025) and in mid-2026 divested its legacy Edna May hub (Edna May, Marda, Tampia, Symes) to Forrestania Resources, while pursuing a pathway to 500,000oz/year production by FY30.
