Solstice Minerals (ASX:SLS) is a Western Australian minerals explorer that demerged from OreCorp and listed on the ASX on 2 May 2022. Its flagship is the 100%-owned Nanadie copper-gold project in the Murchison district near Meekatharra, acquired from Cyprium Metals in early 2026, which carries an inherited Inferred Resource of 40.4Mt @ 0.40% Cu and 0.10g/t Au (162,000t copper, 130,000oz gold) and is the focus of current RC and diamond drilling. The company also runs its own gold exploration in the Eastern Goldfields at the Yarri project (Bluetooth, Statesman Well, Edjudina Range, Bunjarra prospects) plus the earlier-stage Kalgoorlie and Ponton holdings.
